Step 1: Select Your Region 

Choose your bank’s country (India, USA, UK).  

New in v3.6: If your cheque size is unique, select “ Custom Cheque” to define your own width and height in millimeters.

Step 2: Fill the Details 

Enter the Payee Name, Date, and Amount.  

The tool automatically converts numbers to words (e.g., “Five Thousand Only”). Toggle “Add A/C Payee” if you want the account-payee cross lines.

Step 3: Nudge & Perfect 

Is the alignment slightly off? Click any field in the Preview and use your Keyboard Arrow Keys () to move the text exactly where you need it.

Step 4: Print Vertically 

Crucial Step: Insert your cheque into the printer Vertically, usually with the “Payee Name” side entering the printer first. Click Print!
