Select the Tray

For this model, use the Use the Rear Paper Feed to ensure the cheque stays perfectly flat during printing. to prevent the cheque from bending or skewing.

Place the cheque Face-up with the top edge facing downward..

Secure the Guides

Slide the plastic paper guides tightly against the cheque edges so it pulls straight.

Printer Dialog Tip: When clicking print in Chrome, ensure Paper Size is set to ‘Custom’ and Scale is exactly 100%.

Epson EcoTank Troubleshooting

Will EcoTank ink bleed through the cheque?

No, standard EcoTank ink sits well on MICR security paper, but avoid setting your print quality to ‘High/Photo’ as it releases too much wet ink.

Does this tool work with Mac and Epson?

Yes, ChequePrint works perfectly on Chrome for Mac. Just ensure your Epson driver is up to date.

Why is the text printing outside the boxes?

This happens when your browser print scale is not set to 100%. Open ‘More Settings’ in the Chrome print dialog and ensure scaling is ‘Default’ or ‘100%’.

Can I print multiple cheques at once?

We strongly recommend printing cheques one at a time. Small cheque leaves easily stick together, leading to severe paper jams.
